Acceptance

By installing the app or using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use either.

What you get

A licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, resell, republish or scrape the signals, whether manually or automatically, and you may not operate a mirror, bot or channel that relays them.

Informational purpose only

All content is informational. It is not investment advice, not a recommendation, and not an offer of financial services. You alone decide whether to act on a setup, at what size, and on which venue. See the risk disclosure, which forms part of these terms.

Subscription and cancellation

Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple through your Apple ID and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; we cannot issue them ourselves.

Availability

We aim to keep the feed running continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Signal frequency varies with market conditions and there may be periods with few setups or none. Delivery of a notification depends on Apple's push infrastructure, your device and your network, none of which we control.

No warranty, no liability for trading losses

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or this site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and legally permitted to trade crypto assets where you live. Ensuring that is your responsibility.
